What people sometimes say
- “I hear my mother’s voice coming out of me.”
- “I don’t know if what my son is going through is normal.”
- “I lose my temper, and then I hate myself for it.”
Sometimes the help a child needs begins with the parent. Over a few consultations we think together about what your child may be communicating, and about what being a parent stirs up in you: your own childhood, your fears, the parent you hoped to be. When a child would benefit from a clinician of their own, we can help you think that through.
We meet in person on Hilliard Street, near Harvard Square, or by video. The first half hour is a free conversation, with no obligation.
