Privacy & confidentiality

What you tell us is held in confidence, as federal privacy law (HIPAA) and Massachusetts law require, and within the limits those laws set.

Accessibility

We want this site and our office to be usable by everyone. If anything is hard to read or use, or you need an accommodation to attend sessions, write to hello@cipsegroup.com. Our office at 22 Hilliard Street is not wheelchair accessible. If that makes coming in difficult, we can meet by video; write to us and we will talk it through.

Emergencies

We are not an emergency service. In an emergency call 911, call or text 988, call or text the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Help Line at 833-773-2445, or go to your nearest emergency room.
